alpr_cities_odbl.csv is a Derivative Database licensed under the Open Database
License (ODbL) v1.0:

WHAT GEOTHENES CHANGED

Finding Flock publishes one GeoJSON point per city. Geothenes
  - flattened each city's vendor counts into one column per vendor, its bounding
    box into bbox_w/bbox_s/bbox_e/bbox_n and its point into latitude/longitude;
  - joined the Census population estimate by place GEOID (2171 of 2401 cities
    matched; estimate year 2023);
  - added cameras_per_10k_residents = 10000 * cameras / population, rounded to
    2 decimals;
  - sorted the rows by geoid.
The counts and coordinates are otherwise as Finding Flock published them. This
is the alpr_cities table Geothenes answers questions from, without its two
geometry columns (made from latitude/longitude and the bbox columns). No other
Geothenes table takes data from the camera file.

2401 rows, one per city. UTF-8 CSV with a header row; empty cells are missing
values.
